Knowing the status of a Dispute

With our new update, you can now view the status of a disputed transaction and the reason for the dispute. These are the several disputes that could affect your transaction.

The dispute status can be:

  1. Expired and then Declined
  2. Refund in Progress
  3. Approved for Refund
  4. Ready For a Refund
  5. Settlement Matching in Progress
  6. Logged Successfully
  7. Declined
  8. Processed successfully

To check the dispute status on the terminal after disputing a transaction, you need to:

  1. Navigate to disputes
  2. Click on the disputed transaction to view the status
