
With our new update, you can now view the status of a disputed transaction and the reason for the dispute. These are the several disputes that could affect your transaction.
The dispute status can be:
- Expired and then Declined
- Refund in Progress
- Approved for Refund
- Ready For a Refund
- Settlement Matching in Progress
- Logged Successfully
- Declined
- Processed successfully
To check the dispute status on the terminal after disputing a transaction, you need to:
- Navigate to disputes
- Click on the disputed transaction to view the status
