To further ensure the security of your business information, you can now set up a new user pin using the modal that shows up when you log in to your dashboard.
How to set User Pin for an existing Business owner.
Users have four options to set a new user Pin.
- Normal setup
- Use your existing Business PIN as your New User Pin:
- Use your existing Business Owner PIN as your New User Pin
- Unblock your Business Pin while setting up your User Pin
1. Normal setup
- If you (Business owner) have more than one business, you can set a new user Pin using the modal that shows up when you log in to either the business dashboard or the Business owner dashboard
- Step 1: Click on the Setup User PIN button on the prompt that shows up on the dashboard after login or when you attempt to make a transaction on the Web.
- Step 2: Enter the OTP sent to your registered phone number
- Step 3: Enter your desired 4-digit PIN
- Click on ‘Confirm’ to complete the process

2. Use your existing Business PIN as your New User Pin: If you (Business Owner) have only one business on your profile, you can set the business Pin you are familiar with as your new User Pin by using the link ‘Use Business Pin as your User Pin’ on the prompt. (If you have a blocked Business pin, the link will not be available on the prompt)
- Step 1: Click on the ‘Use Business Pin as your User Pin’ link on the prompt
- Step 2: Enter the OTP sent to your registered phone number
- Click on ‘Next’
3. Use your existing Business Owner PIN as your New User Pin: If you (Business Owner) have more than one business on your profile, you can set the business Pin you are familiar with as your new User Pin by using the link ‘Use Business Owner Pin as your User Pin’ on the prompt. (If you have a blocked Business owner pin, the link will not be available on the prompt)
- Step 1: Click on the ‘Use Business Owner Pin as your User Pin’ link on the prompt
- Step 2: Enter the OTP sent to your registered phone number
- Click on ‘Next’
4. Unblock your Business Pin while setting up your User Pin: If you need to set up your user Pin and have previously blocked your business Pin, you will be required to set up your user Pin before you can reset your business Pin.
However, you have the option to reset your Business Pin while setting the new user Pin and this will set the same Pin for your Business Pin and your User Pin.
- Step 1: Navigate to settings > security settings and click on Reset Business Pin
- Step 2: Click on Setup user Pin on the prompt
- Step 3: Enter the OTP sent to your registered phone number
- Step 4: Enter your desired 4 digit Pin and check the box to use your user Pin as your Business Pin
- Step 5: Click on Confirm
You Can Now Export Transactions
To further help business owners in locating specific transactions, you can now apply advanced filters to refine your transaction search based on criteria such as date range, transaction type, amount, terminal id, serial number and more. This ensures that you can quickly locate and retrieve the transactions you need. Here is how to do that.
- Sign in to your account as a business user or business owner
- Select the busines you want to view withdrawal transactions for
- Click on the side menu and select withdrawal
- You can click on export to download all the transactions with the pre-defined search parameter
- You can use the filter to finetune the search parameters before clicking on export to download.
