To request a refund, you need to
- Login to your front office portal – ( atm.moniepoint.com or https://v2.mab.console.teamapt.com/login)
- Select transactions and then select the transaction you intend to dispute for a refund
- Click on request a refund.
Reversals typically occur within 24hrs-48hrs working hours. If, by any chance, you are unable to get a reversal within the set period, kindly visit the bank to fill out a dispense error form.
